CEO & Founder
Mika’s career in financial markets began in the late 1980s, bringing decades of experience across asset classes including forex, equities, options, indices, and commodities. With a background on both the buy and sell sides, he has served as a broker and market maker.​ He has led the design and implementation of advanced trading systems for institutional and professional clients, focusing on execution, risk management, and pricing. Known for his precision and commitment to transparency, Mika delivers solutions that build client trust and long-term value.
ROWAN FOULDS
Head of Technology
Rowan brings over 15 years of hands-on experience building technology for the financial sector. Based in London for much of his career, Rowan has worked with a range of leading banks and hedge funds, where he designed and delivered scalable, high-performance systems for trading, risk management, and data analytics.

His deep technical skillset, combined with a practical understanding of finance, positions him to lead Bolsador’s development strategy with precision and insight. Rowan ensures that every solution we build is robust, efficient, and tailored to the evolving demands of financial markets.
GARETH BORG
Trading Analyst
Gareth Borg is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service operations, account management and team leadership within the financial services industry.

With a strong understanding of trading systems, trade reviews and day-to-day operational processes, Gareth plays an important role in supporting the smooth running of Bolsador’s operations. His background in managing teams, mentoring staff and overseeing operational performance gives him a strong understanding of what is required to maintain efficient processes and high standards of service.
Daniel Gialanze
Junior Trading Analyst
Daniel Gialanze is a Junior Trade Desk member at Bolsador, supporting the team across trade desk operations, account management and electronic trading systems. He brings previous experience in customer service, KYC verification, client screening and fraud prevention, providing a strong foundation for his developing role within the financial services industry. Daniel’s customer-focused approach and attention to detail complement the wider Bolsador team.
